SHIPPING POLICY

USA Shipping

- We ship to 50 States. Alaska and Hawaii will incur higher shipping rates.
- All items are shipped via UPS.
- Continental states: UPS Ground or, UPS 2nd Day Air
- AK and HI: UPS 3-day
- We ship within 1-2 business days for UPS Ground, and within 1 business day for other shipping methods.

International Shipping

- We ship to Asia, Australia and Europe via USPS Air (delivery 7-10 business days). If you are from another continent or country, please contact us for the shipping quote.
- Any customs and duty fees associated with international shipments are customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
- International orders are shipped within 2 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the costs associated with shipping, customs and duty fees, International orders are not covered under our return policy.

USA Returns

The shipping box will contain factory original guitar box, instrument wrapping, your instrument, and a small plastic bag with cable, wrenches and alternatively, tremolo arm.

When you receive the package open it carefully and do not tear any packing material. Please be forewarned, if you tear the white instrument wrapping alone or, take off the protective clear-plastic covers from the pickups, pickguard and back plate(s), it will automatically disqualify your return option.
Note: certain models come without protective clear-plastic pickup covers.

You will have 5 business days from the date of arrival of your instrument to play it and get familiar with it. If for any reason you decide to return it please contact us first before the 5th day. If we determine we cannot remedy the issue we will instruct you to repack the instrument exactly as it was sent, using the original packing materials, and ship it back to us.

The instrument must be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials outlined above and any other materials that originally shipped with it. The instrument must be in brand-new condition, with original parts, showing no signs of wear or use; such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, cracks, scrapes on the instrument or, collateral materials. Please insure the return shipment for the full purchase value because we cannot be held responsible for lost or, damaged items. All return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.

Once we confirm that your instrument qualifies for a return we will refund your credit card, minus the restocking fee of 15% of your purchase price, and minus the Google Checkout transaction fee which amounts to 2.9% of the original purchase price.

Instruments not returned in accordance with our return policy will be shipped back at customer’s cost and will not qualify for alternative claims.

Factory Seconds

Please inquire. Factory seconds are sold as-is and are not covered under our return policy.
